This is a parlour that not only sees a fair level of turnover of its staff, but also it seems to keep changing names, having already witihin recent memory been known as Diamond Spa and Ruby's before its latest name change back to Seventh Heaven. However despite the frequent name changes, it and its ladies still gets plenty of good reviews.
