Originally going by the name Cicciolina, Ruby clearly knows what to do to please, but only succeeds occasionally, more often being busy on her phone a lot of the time, and only giving minimum attention to satisfying her clients. She does however boast a very desirable body and clearly knows what to with it to please and satisfy her clients, when she feels like making the appropriate effort. Your problem is knowing when she is prepared to make that effort.
