McCoy's View:

An ex-British Airways stewardess, Joy likes people to think she is in her late fifties, which means she is really in her late sixties. And for someone of that age, she has aged reasoably well, though she is hardly slim anymore, though not notably overweight. She is also reasonably accommodating, delivering a competent regular service including either conventional &/or intimate oral services. A competent performer, but clearly a lady whose best years were some considerable time ago.
