A very accommodating lady, for whom within reason, nothing is too much trouble, Emma or Emma Waterfalls, as she is also known for obvious reasons, is a very amiable lady who makes it her aim to be as pleasing to her clients as she can be, no reasonable services being off limits, and she makes that clear from the outset. Do not be put off by the hotels she chooses to work from, she clearly takes her job very professionally and simply wants to minimise her overheads. And once she gets started on satisfying a client, she does not give up until he is. A credit to the city of Burlington.
