McCoy's View:

A lady who uses various alternative working names, including Sofia Rose and unusually Billy Joel, perhaps she's a fan, Cindy has been entertaining in and around Philadelphia since 2015, with mixed reviews, though with more good than bad. She clearly can deliver a notable service, but she can be somewhat lackadaisical in her approach to her clients, as if she feels they should appreciate her deigning to attend to them, though when she makes the effort, it can be quite enjioyable. The problem is knowing when she will make that effort.
