A lady who promises plenty, yet who comes up with practically nothing worth enjoying, Cibelle would like to kick off a session with a massage, basically to waste time, but will get on with a service if so pressed. Your problem then though is how awful her service is, where her aim is purely to get the service finished in the minimum time possible. One to avoid.
