A lady who appreciates what is expected of her and who delivers a consistently good service from the moment her client arrives until her leaves refreshed by a service, where she realises it is her job to make sure he is satisfied and she invariably sets to doing just that. Originally based in Manchester, where she is often to be found, using hotels just as she does elsewhere, but she can be found everywhere from Bristol to Edinburgh to London to the Channel Islands or even Woking!
