However they have certainly made an impact on a parlour that had been left to its own devices for too long. They have given it a comprehensive refurbishment, plans are under way for a well equipped dungeon and they already now have an executive suite featuring a sauna, a plasma screen television and double shower as well as a king sized bed, and that is all before you consider the ladies. Notes: Formerly known as Heaven and briefly as Tiger Bay, this is the parlour that used to get more good reports than any other in South Wales. It is still to be recommended, particularly with its first class range of facilities, it would even appear that the dungeon will be coming back shortly.
